What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via AMEX, APPLE PAY, DISCOVER, ELO, PAY, JCB, OPAY, 

MASTERCARD and VISA.


No credit card information is ever saved by Cliff Pierre CEO and it remains the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. Please note that all payments are charged in USD.

What should I do if I'm getting an error when placing an error?

Please double check you've filled out all of your billing details properly including your full name, email address, full shipping address and phone number associated with the form of payment. If you continue having issues, please email us or DM us on our socials and we'll do our best to assist you!

How long will my it take for my order to dispatch?

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you order Thursday, You will receive the tracking information in 1-3 days. However, any order between Friday-Sunday will have their tracking numbers on Monday mornings!

How long will my order take to deliver after it has been placed?

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. But, because of the influx of orders we usually receive, 7-30 days from the date it's shipped is the standard time.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our Customer Experience team.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide completely FREE! 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?

Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. 

What do I do if my order is missing?

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact us at cliffpierreceo1@gmail.com

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes as long as you cancel the order before we ship it. If we ship the item to your address however it is too late. But once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will FULLY refund you.

My order won't go through, help!

Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders.

Who ships my package?

US orders are delivered by either e-packet. Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. International orders may be delivered by e-packet, or a local mail courier depending on the service available.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.

What is the exchange/return policy?

We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund you.

The first step is to e-mail us with your order # and name with a subject of (Refund Request). Please list your product and why you want to return it.

The second step is our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.

The third step is to ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it. If all is good, we will fully refund your money. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account.
